| 摘 要： | 上世纪末,随着"波伦尼亚进程"的启动,欧洲高等教育正在实现一体化。本文分析了德国原来高等教育体制的特点,并比较深入地探讨了在实施"波伦尼亚进程"中,德国学位体系转换、ECTS学分系统的推广应用、教育质量保证体系的建设及与欧洲高等教育区合作等方面所取得的进展和存在的问题。

| Abstract: | At the end of the last century,the Bologna Process was initiated in order to realize the integration of higher education in Europe.After analyzing the characteristics of Germany's old higher education system,this paper discusses the progress and problems of the system change of academic titles,spreading and application of ECTS,quality assurance system and cooperation with regard to European higher education. |
