| 摘 要： | 石油作为重要的战略物资,与国家的安全和经济的繁荣紧密地联系在一起。100多年来世界各地发生的多次战争与军事冲突的背后都有石油问题。二战的爆发更是与石油难分难解。进入新世纪,我们应对争夺石油的“战争”新形式保持足够的警觉。

| Abstract: | As an important strategic material, petroleum is closely connected with national security and economic prosperity. In fact, behind the many wars and military conflicts in the last century there were causes related to petroleum. The outbreak of World War II was even more closely related with petroleum. At the entrance of the new century, we should maintain good vigilance as to the new strives for petroleum. |
