| 摘 要： | 本文针对毕业生择业意向的影响因素,通过大范围开展的问卷调查,总结了影响当前高校毕业生职业选择的主要因素,分析大学生职业意向的时代特色,为开展有针对性的就业指导工作提供理论依据。
