摘    要:绿色食品产业发展是一个基于结构不断优化的产业演化过程。处于成长期的中国绿色食品产业,随着产业规模的扩张,产业整体发展水平不断提升,产品结构日趋完备,地区结构呈现集中化,企业规模结构不断优化。但在产业发展中忽视产业发展质量提高和结构优化调整,绿色食品产业发展呈现明显的粗放型特征,产业发展的结构性矛盾突出。通过分析我国绿色食品产业发展中的"结构制约"状况,提出转变产业发展方式,通过产品结构、地区结构和企业规模结构优化调整实现产业可持续发展的对策建议。

Structure Adjustment Countermeasures of the Development of Chinese Green Food Industry

Abstract:The development of green food industry is an evolutionary process based on incessant structure optimization. With the scale extension of Chinese green food industry in the growth stage, the overall development level is rising increasingly as represented by more completing products structure, centralization of region structure, and optimization of enterprise scale structure. However, due to neglect of development quality and structural optimization, structural constraints become more and more obvious and an extensive mode of development is beginning to appear. This paper, with view to promoting a sustainable development of Chinese green food industry, presents corresponding countermeasures and suggestions such as transition of the industry development mode, structural adjustment and optimization, and improvement of industrial efficiency.
