＂应用型本科教育＂,是我国当前高等教育大众化时代教育界热议的话题。党的十八届三中全会作出＂让市场在资源配置中起决定性作用＂的科学论断,为我国应用型本科教育的市场化改革指明了方向。当前中国＂应用型本科教育＂理念的提出具有深刻的市场背景,但对其内涵的认识却体现着计划经济和市场经济双重思维的揉合。本文具体分析这两种思维在理论和实践层面存在的三大内在矛盾,指出破除计划经济思维,构建应用型本科教育的市场作用机制,让市场充分发挥资源配置的作用,是破解当前中国＂应用型本科教育＂难题的关键所在。

Let the Market Play its Role with Application-oriented Colleges

The topic of application-oriented colleges has been much discussed in China.The third plenary session of the Party＇s 18 th central committee put forward the idea of＂letting the market play the decisive role in allocating resources＂,which in fact points out the way for the market-oriented reform with application-oriented colleges.The concept of application-oriented colleges suggests profound market possibilities,but presently the concept is understood between planned economy and market economy ideas.This paper analyses the three inherent contradictions of these two ways of thinking and points out that to abandon the planned economy thinking and construct the market mechanism is the key to solving problems.
