| 摘 要： | 欧美矛盾是全球化背景下不对称的相互依存发展的必然结果,是国际权力结构变化的主动力。欧美矛盾已经由局部上升到全面,由潜在上升到显现,由经济上升到政治,由妥协上升到对立,反映了“美国治下的和平”基础的动摇及国际关系日益民主化的现实。欧美矛盾不会走向对抗,矛盾的解决主要依靠国际机制和国际组织。

| Abstract: | The Europe-US contradiction is an inevitable result of the asymmetric development of inter-dependence, as well as the main motivation of the change of international power framework. The contradiction has risen from part to all aspects, from potential to transparent level, from economy to politics and from compromise to confrontation, which reflects the instability of the base of "Pax America" as well as the reality of international democracy. Europe-US contradiction will not lead to confrontation, and its resolution mainly depends on international regime and international organizations. |
