| 摘 要： | 土地制度的核心是产权界定,本文从产权视角透视了农村土地制度的弊端,并根据我国的政治、经济发展现状,提出了一种实质上以“多样化的土地制度”为变革目标的土地产权变革方案,期望借此维护社会稳定,促进经济快速健康发展。

The Current Property Right of Chinese Land System and an Alternative Reformational Scheme |

| Abstract: | The core of land system is to define property right. This article begins by identifying the shortcoming of current land system, and then, based on the economic and political conditions of our country, raises a reformational scheme on land propery right whose essential goal is "various land system". It is hoped that this scheme will help maintain social stabilization and boost our economy. |
