| 摘 要： | 上海国际贸易中心,不仅是货物贸易中心,也是服务贸易中心。上海服务贸易的发展与开放有利于产业结构转型,形成货物贸易与服务贸易的协调发展,也有利于继承上海历史、文化等综合优势。本文对发展与开放上海服务贸易,推进上海国际贸易中心建设提出一些政策建议。

| Abstract: | On its way to become an international trade center,Shanghai should become a center not only of goods but also of services.The development of service trade will play an important and positive role in achieving the economic restructuring,realizing coordinated development between goods,and bringing into full play the city’s historical and cultural advantage.This paper provides policy suggestions concerning these issues. |
