物业管理专业教学改革的探索与研究

本文按照教育部《关于加强高职高专教育人才培养工作的意见》（教高2002]2号）和湖北省教育厅《关于实施“湖北省高等学校人才培养质量与创新工程”的通知》（鄂教高2003]20号）精神，依据关于“遴选第六批省级高职高专教育教学改革试点专业”的工作部署，以建筑工程学院物业管理专业被推为第六批省级高职高专教育教学改革试点专业为背景，通过构建“物业管理仿真教学体系”，建立“五个有所创新”的教改新模式，重构科学合理的物业管理专业实践教学新体系。

Property Management Reform Teaching and Research

This paper has been that the Ministry of Education to seriously implement the ＂Higher Education on the strengthening of the views ol the work of personnel training＂ （teaching high 2002] 2） and the Hubei Provincial Office of Education ＂on the implementation of＂ the quality of personnel training colleges and universities in Hubei Province and Innovation Project ＂notice＂ （the high E-Services 2003] 20） the spirit of college on the basis of ＂the selection of the sixth provincial-level higher vocational education and teaching reform professional＂ work of the deployment, I School of Architecture professional property management pushed for the first Six Higher Education approved the reform of provincial-level professional background of the pilot, aimed at building a ＂property management simulation teaching system＂, a ＂five innovative＂ new model of education reform, so scientific and rational reconstruction of the property management professional practice a new system of teaching.
