| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展,ERP系统被广泛应用到我国家电连锁零售企业中去,但是在应用的过程中也暴露了很多问题,如实施不成功等,其中非常重要的原因之一,是缺乏对企业需求的分析。本文从我国家电连锁零售企业的产生和发展入手,研究了行业的一般特点,然后对我国家电连锁零售企业的ERP需求进行了总结。
