区域矿产资源开发生态经济系统仿真优化研究——以河北省铁矿资源开发为例

矿产资源是社会经济发展的物质基础，矿产资源的持续开发利用是实现地区社会经济可持续发展的根本保证。文章在分析河北省铁矿资源开发利用现状的基础上，以区域社会经济可持续发展为出发点，以资源开发、经济发展、环境保护的协调运行为目标，构建了包含资源开发、经济发展和生态环境三个子系统的区域矿产资源开发生态经济复合系统。运用系统动力学的理论和方法，对区域矿产资源开发生态经济系统协调运行条件下的矿产资源合理开发规模进行了规划和设计。在此基础上，开展了具体的实证研究，为本地区资源开发生态经济系统的规划、地区矿产资源合理开发规模和水平的决策，提供了现实可操作性的参考依据。

Optimization of Ecologic Economy Simulation System for Regional Mineral Resources Exploitation——Take the Exploitation of Iron Resources in Hebei as an Example

Mineral resource is the material foundation for social ＆ economic development. The sustainable exploitation of mineral resources is the basis for ensuring the sustainable development of social economy. On the basis of analyzing the iron ore exploitation in/debei, viewing from regional sustainable development, and taking the coordination of resource exploitation, economic development and environment protection as objective, this study establishes a complex eco-economic system for regional resources exploitation, which includes three subsystems of resource exploitation, economic development and ecologic environment. The theories and methods of system dynamics are employed to plan and design the reasonable resources exploiting scope of the regional system harmony running. An empirical analysis is carried out to provide references for planning the eco-economic system and determining the reasonable scope of regional resources exploitation.
