| 摘 要： | 经济法是调整在国家协调本国经济运行过程中发生的经济关系的法律规范的总称。国家对经济运行的干预与调控是经济法的本质。从“市场经济为什么需要政府之手”这一命题分析出发。研究了政府干预经济运行的必要性、有效性、合法性问题，论述了经济法对于克服市场失灵、促进经济发展的积极意义。

| Abstract: | The economic law is a generic terms of laws and regulations for coordinating economic relations in adjusting national economic activities.The intervention and regulation made by national government is the essence of economic law.Beginning with the proposition of why does market economy need intervention from government,this study discusses the necessity and validity of government intervention,elaborates the significance of economic law for overcoming market malfunction and promoting economic development. |
