摘    要:通过对现有钢铁企业竞争力评价指标体系分析和评述,从企业现有经营业绩、可持续成长能力及企业与环境协调能力三个方面建立适合中国钢铁企业竞争力综合评价体系,并结合模糊数学理论及灰色聚类分析建立了钢铁企业竞争力多层次模糊灰色综合评价模型。最后选取四大钢铁企业进行了实证研究,结果表明该评价模型是有效的、可行的,可提高钢铁企业竞争力综合评价的信度和效度。

Abstract:Through analyzing and reviewing the competitiveness evaluation index system for current iron and steel enterprises,this study establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for Chinese iron and steel enterprises from three aspects of present management achievements,the ability of continuous development and the harmony ability between enterprise development and environment.A multi-level fuzzy gray model is formulated by combining the fuzzy mathematics theory and gray cluster analysis.At last,this study carries out an empirical study by selecting four iron and steel enterprises.It is demonstrated that the evaluation model is reasonable and effective,which increases the reliability and effectiveness for competitiveness comprehensive evaluation of iron and steel enterprises.
