| 摘 要： | 回顾和分析了小微企业的融资状况,提出要通过降低小微企业的融资成本,提高融资数量、融资效率和资金使用效率来充分发挥小微企业的现有融资渠道,并建议通过构建契约型基金和网络来拓宽小微企业的融资渠道。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews and analyzes the financing situation of small and micro Enterprise , and puts forward making use full of the existing channels of finance of small and micro enterprise by reducing financing costs ,impro-ving financing amounts , improving the efficiency of finance and improving the efficiency of capital using .In addi-tion, this article recommends to broaden the financing channels of small and micro enterprise by constructing con -tract type fund and network . |
