社会转型时期经济领域中的信用缺失与重建

信用观念逐步成为符合市场经济要求的现代价值观念。信用问题之所以重要是因为它与中国经济体制转型过程有关 ,转型期出现了大量信用缺失现象 ,造成了严重的社会危害 ,导致中国经济在世界市场中的竞争力下降 ,使政府的宏观调控政策难以发挥效果。在经济领域中 ,信用的重建要从优化企业内外环境 ,建立完善的信用管理体系 ,完善个人信用制度等方面入手 ,改善政府对经济的管理和调控 ,加强信用意识教育。

On Credit Deficiency and Its Rebuilding in Economy During the Social Transformation

The ideological sense of credit is gradually becoming the value concept, which conforms to the marketing economy. It is because the credit in question has something to do with our economic system transformation that it is of importance. During this particular time, a credit deficiency phenomenon resulted, which does harm to the social economy and leads to an decline for our economy to compete in the world market. Furthermore, it affects the governmental adjustment in a large scale. In economy, the credit rebuilding should, therefore, begin with the following aspects: optimization of the inner settings in an enterprise;establishment of a managing system;improvement of the governmental functioning and education in this field.
