| 摘 要： | 河北省房地产业已经成为推动河北省经济快速发展的重要产业。文章通过建立房地产经济发展水平评价指标体系，应用主成分分析和聚类分析法对河北省11个城市的房地产经济发展水平进行了定量分析，并将11个城市划分为四类，对各类进行了简要的评价分析。
