| 摘 要： | 在分析总结河北省高等教育以及经济发展现状和特点的基础上，从定性和定量两个方面讨论了高校专业结构与产业经济之间的关系：经济发展是教育发展的基础，经济发展制约着教育发展；产业结构的发展要求高校专业结构必须与之相适应；在定量研究方面分别进行了绝对量分析和相对量分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the studying of high education and economic development in Hebei, this paper discusses the relationship between high education specialties and industrial economy. Education must take the economic development as its developing basis; the development of economy will restrict the development of education. The industrial structure needs high education specialty structure to adapt its development. The quantitive studies are also made in this paper. |
