| Abstract: | The 21st Century will be the times when the economy is global and the world finance is open, therefore, China must develop exchange of derivative products. In this paper, we analyze the characters of derivative products and their influence on economy, discuss the need and feasibility for developing the exchange in China, and come up with some suggestions about how to implement the exchange. |
