| 摘 要： | 我国自1987年建立第一家财务公司，在10余年的时间里，财务公司已有了很大的发展，在我国企业集团的发展过程中发挥了重要作用，但与国际财务公司相比，还有很大差距。从我国财务公司的现状出发，分析了其目前所存在的问题，国际发展趋势以及加入WTO我国财务公司所面临的新挑战，并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Financial companies in China have made great progresses since the first one was founded in 1987.They play an inportant role in the devlopment of great corporation. But there is a gap compared with financial companies out of China.This paper discusses the present situation of financial companies in our country,analyses the problems existed in our country and developing trend in the world,then proposes some corresponding countermeasunes. |
