| 摘 要： | 中国社会经济的复杂性，决定了社会保障建设的多层次性。目前国际上已有的3种保障模式：“保险型”、“福利型”和“国家型”都难以满足我国社会保障改革的需要，我国生产力发展水平的差异性、多种所有制的并存性、经济发展的不平衡性决定了我国应实行一种符合我国实际的社会保障模式：“多元化模式”。

| Abstract: | The multiple levels of Chinese social security system result from the complexity of China's social economy.At present,there are three kinds of security patterns in the world,i.e."insurance mode","welfare mode" and "nation mode".However,they can't meet the need of Chinese social security reform.The disparity of productivity development,coexistences of the multiple ownerships and the unbalanced development of the economy in China determine that China should carry on one kind of social security mode to fit its practical situation,which is the "multi-level mode". |
