| 摘 要： | 风电产业因其可再生、清洁环保的特性，具有广阔的产业发展前景。而在煤电资源日益短缺的当今社会，风电产业还因良好的经济、环境、社会效益而具有较强的市场竞争优势。内蒙古乌兰察布市是我国风能集中地区，风电行业已经取得长足进展，但在发展中也遇到各种现实问题，制约风电产业的持续发展，需要给予多方面的大力扶持。

| Abstract: | Wind power industry has broad prospects because of its renewable, clean and environmentally friendly features. However, in facing of shortage of coal power resources nowadays, the wind power industry also has a strong competitive advantage due to its sound economic, environmental and social benefits in the market. Wulanchabu, Inner Mongolia is a wind energy concentration area in China, and its wind power industry has made much progresses. However, there are some problems to restrict the sustainable development of wind power industry for which strong support should be taken into consideration. |
