Study on the Fur Trade Market in Russia and the Sino- Russia Trade Policy in Hebei, P.R. China

Russia is a large market for fur coat,which consumes quantities of fur coats every year.However,its production capacity doesn't match its consumption demand,90% of which has to be met by imports.Hebei Province is one of the export places in China.In recent years,however,there is a sharp decrease in Hebei's fur-coat-export to Russia due to such negative factors as the adjustment of Russia's Trade Policy and China's Export Refund Policy.But there also exists positive factors,like the successive economic development after Russia and China's entering WTO,which enables the market to be more regulated,more standardized and,at the same time,more competitive.Consequently,fur-coat-producing enterprises in Hebei should take advantage of these opportunities and make a long-term and scientific plan to enhance the quality and level of their products so that a new and brilliant future in fur-coat export to Russia can come early.
