我国公共卫生服务供给均等化现状分析

当前我国展开了以“服务型”政府理念为指导的公共财政运行体制,同时我国的公共服务支出体系明显改善,支出规模也不断增大。在此背景下,就公共卫生服务供给的均等化状况进行分析,并得出我国公共卫生服务供给支出居民负担重、城乡差距明显等结论,我国政府提供的公共服务离均等化目标还存在较大差距,由此分析原因并提出自己的思考。

China's Equalization of Public Health Services Analysis

Now our government rims the system of public finance guided by the concept of ＂service-oriented＂ government. At the same time, our country＇s expenditure system of public services is significantly improved, the size of spending is also increasing. In this context, this paper analysis the supply of public health services on equal conditions. It comes to such as obvious conclusions that the excessive burden of residents, the gap between urban and rural areas in supply of public health service. It find that there are still a wide gap to the objectives from the equalization of public services provided by our government. At last the writer analysis the reasons and simply makes his own thinking of the equalization of public health services.
