| 摘 要： | 经济增长理论围绕着解释增长,分析发展的方向而不断演变。新古典经济增长理论经历了20世纪50年代的兴起之后便逐步衰落,并在20世纪80年代末以新的形式逐渐复兴。文章梳理了增长理论的演化,并讨论了作为当今经济增长理论热点的内生经济增长理论的理论内涵,并对中国学者解释中国经济增长之谜中涉及的财政支出、财政分权等问题的进行分析,最后给出一些关于经济增长分析的看法。

| Abstract: | Economic growth is the core of economics,and the growth and development issues arises associated with the birth of the Western economics.Growth theory means to explain growth evolving the direction of the development.The new-classical growth theory rose in the 1950s,then gradual declined,and finally revived again in late 1980s.This study reviews the context of growth theory,discusses the theoretical connotation of endogenous growth theory,and analyzes the issues such as fiscal expenditure and fiscal decentralization involved in the explanations on the development mystery of China economy made by Chinese experts.Some comments are made on economic development in China. |
