| 摘 要： | 基于2000年—2008年河北省各县域的统计数据,采用威廉逊系数、基尼系数和Theil指数对河北省县域经济差异的演化进行了测算,三种方法所得到的县域差异趋势基本一致。通过对县域经济的产业分解和空间分解,发现了河北省县域经济的差异主要是由于第二产业发展的时空不均衡和地带内部发展的不平衡造成的,第二产业是造成县域经济差异的决定因素;提出了优化产业结构、调整第二产业空间布局和大力发展第三产业将是缩小区域差异、提升河北省县域经济实力的重要举措。

| Abstract: | The difference of county economy is an important subject for regional research.Based on the county statistics of Hebei province from 2000 to 2008,and using the Williamson coefficient,Gini coefficient and Theil index,this study measures the difference of county economy and its evolvement.Through decomposing the industry and spatial structure of county economy,it is found that the reason of economic inequality in Hebei is the uneven spatial and temporal development of secondary industry.The development level of secondary industry is the determinant factor for the difference of county economy.It then proposes that in order to reduce regional difference we should regulate the spatial location of secondary industry and strive to develop the tertiary industry. |
