摘    要:岗位劳动评价是一种综合运用各种科学手段确定企业内部各类岗位之间劳动差别的科学方法,是实行岗位技能工资制度的基础和前提.本文针对我国长期以来存在的各工种岗位之间劳动差别区分不明显,定性多,定量少,缺乏全面、系统和科学的岗位测评而导致的不能公正合理地确定劳动报酬,影响“按劳分配”原则的执行这一现象,阐述了在地勘单位实行与职工劳动技能、劳动责任、劳动强度、劳动条件和劳动贡献相联系的岗位技能工资制,是理顺内部工资分配关系较理想的途径.要实现这一途径的关键在于搞好岗位劳动测评.文中详细说明了岗位劳动测评的内涵作用,测评原则、测评范围及指标体系,还提出了实施岗位测评的方法步骤及测评中须注意的问题.

Abstract:The appraisal fop post labour is a scientific methocl which utilizecomprehensively every scientific mean to determine the differences of posts in businesses. Itis basis and premise of putting post technical ability salary system into practice.According to the phenomenous that the labour difference among posts is indistinct,the qualitative analysis is too much and quantitative analysis is less. Lack of post overal.systematic and appraisal scientific is unable to rcasonabrely detemuine payment for labour,interfering in implementing diseribution according to work. The article expounded thatpractising salary system of post technical ability is connection with ability and duty and intensity of labours. In geological untos it is a ideal way for adjusting wage distributionralations. To practise the way. the key lies in making a good appraisal for post labour. Thepaper explained the connotative action. principle. ranges and target system of theappraision for post labour, and put forwarded the way and step of praceising post appraisaland questions must to notice in the course or appraision.
