高职院校多元化筹资探析——以河北A职业技术学院为例

我国高职院校一部分从高等院校中分离而来,另一部分由中专院校升格而来,经过十几年的发展,已经成为我国高等教育事业的生力军。而目前国家财政性教育经费的投入偏重于高等本科教育,高职院校经费明显不足,如何建立长期、稳定的筹资渠道,探索多元化筹资模式势在必行。论文对国内外高校办学经费筹措模式进行分析、比较,探寻出一条适合我国高职院校的新型筹资模式。

Various Financing of Higher Vocational Colleges-Taking a Vocational & Technical College in Hebei for Example

After years of development, Chinese vocational colleges have become the main force of higher education in our country. While part of them are separated from higher institutes and some of them are promoted from secondary technical schools. Meanwhile, compared with the state financial education funds investment on higher undergraduate course education, higher vocational colleges funds are significantly less. Therefore, how to establish long-term, stable financing channels, and explore diversified financing mode is imperative. This article tries to explore a new financing mode suitable for higher vocational colleges in our country by analyzing and comparing funds raising mode in colleges and universities at home and abroad.
