中国银行业市场结构集中度的演进与改革

改革开放以前,政府为最大限度集中社会剩余资金支援工业化建设,建立一个高度垄断的金融组织体系。改革开放以来,在政府和市场双重力量的推动下,一个包括国有商业银行、股份制商业银行、政策性银行、合作银行在内的银行体系逐步形成,中国银行业市场结构集中度逐年降低。在当前国际金融形势发生新变化的背景下,中国银行业市场结构的演进不能再遵循原来的路径,政府应积极引导中国银行业市场结构向"国进民进"的方向迈进。
