| 摘 要： | 坚持人民币汇率不贬值 ,“完善汇率形成机制 ,保持人民币汇率在合理、均衡水平上的基本稳定”的政策背景下 ,重新审视我国的汇率制度 ,改进汇率的形成机制 ,具有重要现实意义。从汇率决定理论的角度 ,剖析了我国汇率制度的缺陷及汇率形成机制缺失原因 ,探讨了当前改进我国汇率形成机制的对策以及汇率制度在中长期的改革取向。
