China＇s Producer Services：Development Process,Problems and Countermeasures

Based on the industrial changes since the Reform and Opening-up and data of producer services,services and GDP,this paper analyses the path and reasons of the scales,inner structure,fixed investment and using FDI of producer services.What＇s more,when discussing the present situation and main trouble in main producer services such as logistics industry,financial industry,information service industry and realty industry,this paper draws a conclusion that the scale,levels and pulling effect of producer services in China is comparatively lower than in other countries,while inner structure is becoming better.Hence,the paper puts forward three countermeasures including making policy to promote producer services and trade in producer services,accelerating allocating different producer services in urbanization,and carrying on institutional innovation and operating innovation to boost industrial structure updating and build service oriented economics.
