商学素养的界定、构成及其定位与价值

摘    要:日益发展的现代商业给商学特色人才培养提出了更严格的要求,厘定商学素养的概念并确立商学特色人才培养的基本标准,成为当前商学研究领域亟待解决的重点问题。通过运用逻辑学方法,构建以广义商学素养概念和狭义商学素养概念为基础,以商业理论教育模块、商业文化与价值教育模块、商业基本技能模块为基本框架的商学素养定位模型,从而使"商学素养与专业能力相结合"的商学特色人才培养理念得以实现。

Abstract:With the rapid development of modern business,the demand for business talents is high.It's necessary to define business literacy and establish basic standards for business talents education.The issues are very important in the study of business science.With the method of logics,the paper establishes an orientation model of business literacy based on the definition of business literacy in a general sense and in a narrow sense,which deals with business theory education,business culture and value education,and business basic skills.It is the new idea for business talents education which integrates business literacy with professional competence.
