马克思主义经济学与西方经济学关于公共物品的思想体系比较

逐步实现基本公共服务均等化已经成为我国新时期落实科学发展观的重要任务和战略主题。西方经济学学者研究公共物品理论以唯心主义"理性人"为假设前提,马克思主义经济学则以唯物主义的"社会人"假定展开分析。对公共物品的这两种思想体系进行比较分析,有助于把握公共物品思想的发展脉络和社会主义市场经济条件下公共物品的内涵、特征和本质,明确其范围和供给方式,进一步转变政府职能,促进我国基本公共服务均等化,构建社会主义和谐社会,实现社会公平。

A Comparative Study of Ideological Systems of Public Goods in Marxist Economics and Western Economics

To ensure equal access to basic public services gradually has become an important task and strategy in applying the Scientific Outlook on Development in the new period in China.Scholars of Western Economics study the theory of public goods with "rational man" of idealism as a hypothesis,while Marxist Economics analyzes the theory with "social man" of materialism as a hypothesis.The comparative study of the two ideological systems contributes to understanding the development of the thoughts on public goods and the meaning,feature and essence of public goods in the socialist market economy,defining the scope and the way of supply,transforming the function of government,ensuring equal access to basic public services,building a harmonious society,and realizing social equity.
