| 摘 要： | 我国行政执法领域还存在诸多与建设公共服务型政府的要求不适应的问题。主要表现在行政执法体制不顺畅;行政执法监督机制不能充分发挥作用;行政执法人员整体素质较低等三个方面。为此,行政执法改革应从理顺行政执法体制、加强行政执法监督机制、提升行政执法人员整体素质等方面进行。

| Abstract: | In the realm of administrational law's enforcement,there are many problems which are not accordance with the need of public government in our country.The main manifestations of the problems are:the system of administrational law' s enforcement isn't smooth;the supervise mechanism of administrational law's enforcement can not take effect fully;the general quality of the government employees who enforce administrational law is relatively lower.Accordingly,the reform of administrational law's enforcement should be carried out by applying some relevant measures. |
