摘    要:本文提出了利用树脂相荧光法测定阿苯达唑含量的新方法。在这个方法中,具有选择性包结吸附性能和良好的透光性的β-环糊精树脂(β—CDP)被用作阿苯达唑的包结吸附剂,β-CDP阿苯达唑包结物的荧光强度可利用5mm比色皿直接在固相下测定,实现了阿苯达唑的分离、富集、测定同时完成。在碱性介质中,阿苯达唑的最大激发波长为221nm、发射波长为351nm。该方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,线性范围为4.0×10^-6-3.2×10^-5g/mL。树脂相阿苯达唑荧光强度明显高于液相。所提出的方法应用于片剂中阿苯达唑的含量测定,结果满意,添加回收率可达到98.0%。

Abstract:A new solid-phase spectrophotofluorimetry for the determination of albendazole has been developed in the paper. In this method, β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer (β-CDP) is used as an adsorbent for albendazole due to its selective adsorption and fine transparence. Furthermore, the separation, concentration and determination of albendazole take place simultaneously. The fluorescent intensity is directly measured in 5 mm quartz cells with excitation and emission wavelengths at 221 nm and 351 nm in the condition of basic media respectively. The linear range is 4.0 ×10 ^-6- 3.2 × 10^-5 μg/mL. The method is more sensitive and stable than those conventional spectrophotofluorimetries. The pro- posed method is applied to the determination of albendazole, the active ingredient in troches, with satisfactory results and the recovery rate of 98.0%.
