| 摘 要： | 目前，星级饭店餐饮经营情况不及社会上的一般酒楼，主要原因是在目标市场、经营自主权、劳动用工制度及服务灵活性等方面存在差距，如果能定位准确，加强促销，树立品牌意识，提供优质而又规范的服务，提高经营的灵活性，星级饭店的餐饮经营将会有较大的发展。

| Abstract: | Many restaurants are superior to dining-halls of star-hotels in business . It is mainly due to the differences of their target market, decision-making power , labor system and flexibility of services. There will be a great development if the dining-halls of star-hotels have suitable target market, lay stress on promotion, set up their brands, provide excellent services and raise flexibility of business. |
