| 摘 要： | 城市中心区作为城市的行政管理及功能核心区域，其闲暇空间的研究已逐渐成为一个特色研究领域。借鉴Douglas G Pearce、保继刚、史春云等的相关研究方法，辅以街道金融业指数、空店指数，对徐州市中心16条街区3653家业态进行实地调研与量化分析，从城市中心街区闲暇业态的不同类型和不同的功能分类2个角度，研究城市中心闲暇商业区微观尺度上的空间分异的规律，并与周庄、丽江进行了功能组织与发展阶段的比较与划分。
