| 摘 要： | 发展的竞争最终表现为人才的竞争。教育是新世纪区域经济发展和竞争的新制高点。旅游教育是桂林城市发展的新增长点，桂林具备旅游教育产业集群的条件。把桂林办成全国一流的旅游教育基地，是创新广西旅游教育、加快广西旅游教育发展的重要战略举措，也是桂林实现教育发展新跨越的重要选择。

| Abstract: | The last development competition is the competition for talents. Education is the new highland fo regional economic development and competition in the new century. Tourism education is the new growth point for Guilin city development. There are some predominance of the industry cluster of tourism education in Guilin. To construct the grand tourism education base of China is a key strategic act of innovating tourism education and expediting development of tourism education for Guangxi, and so is the choice of realizing the new span growth for Guilin city development. |
