非物质文化遗产旅游产品化的转型模式

摘    要:近年来非物质文化遗产的旅游开发问题倍受关注。国内非物质文化遗产转型为旅游产品形成了以博物馆、主题公园与实景舞台剧为主导的3种主要模式。非物质文化遗产博物馆以遗产的静态展示为主,较好地维系着非物质文化遗产的原真性;非物质文化主题公园以非物质文化遗产的原真性重建与虚拟体验空间形式,实现遗产景观载体化;而实景舞台剧是非物质文化遗产以人的表演活动而活化,是非物质文化遗产转型为旅游产品最具创意的一种模式。

Abstract:The general manager takes effect to enterprise performance. This paper investigates 114 star hotels in Hunan Province and Guangdong Province in China and compares general manager's capability with different ownership. There is distinct difference of general manager's capability among hotels with different ownership. The education level of general manager in foreign ownership is higher than that of general manager in nation ownership and individual ownership. The industry tenure of general manager in foreign ownership is longer than that of general manager in nation ownership and individual ownership. Some suggestions are given in the end.
