摘    要:两岸旅行社电子商务有着诸多差异,存在互补共融的关系。分别选取33家大陆旅行社、54台湾家旅行社,采用网络跟踪法,于2008年11月-2010年5月间对其网站进行跟踪浏览,构建出基于B2C模式的旅行社网络营销功能分类标准,从网络营销的角度,系统梳理"资讯提供与搜寻、会员功能、业务合作、代办功能、交易功能、沟通服务"等功能方面的差异,以期更好地探寻两岸旅行社B2C模式网络营销可相互利用的优势,取长补短,相互借鉴。
