| 摘 要： | 建立实习管理评价指标体系是整个酒店管理专业教学评价工作的重要环节和实现专业培养目标的关键之一。明确了应遵循导向性、有效性、全面性、科学性、可行性等原则，较为科学、合理地确定了酒店管理专业实习管理评价指标体系的评价指标、分值、等级、标准和方式等，具有较强的应用推广价值。
