| 摘 要： | 从我国旅游业的发展模式入手，描述了我国三大旅游板块和旅行社跨国经营形式的对卓荠系，分析了我国旅游业发展模式所引致的我国旅行社现状，并对我国旅行社跨国经营的发展进行了探讨．希望为我国旅行社的跨国经营提供一定的理论指导。
