| 摘 要： | 社区旅游发展中的一些问题具有普遍性,如社区参与、接待能力控制、公地悲剧等,这些问题解决不好会影响社区旅游的健康发展.运用微观经济学的理论,结合社区旅游发展的实际,分析现阶段社区旅游发展中的主要问题,着重论述社区旅游发展中的“公地悲剧”,并进行相应的对策分析,希望为社区旅游的发展提供一定的借鉴.

| Abstract: | Some problems are universal in the development of community tourism,such as community participation,reception capacity and the tragedy of the commons.These problems affect the healthy development of community tourism.Based on the theories of microeconomics and the practice of the community tourism's development,this paper analyzes the main problems in the development of community tourism,emphasizing especially the tragedy of the commons.This paper also analyzes corresponding counter-measures,hoping to be useful for the development of community tourism. |
