| 摘 要： | 海南建设国际旅游岛,不仅是对海南省经济社会发展影响深远的重大战略决策,而且也是中国经济社会发展战略制定的重要试验基地。因此,必须搞清海南建设国际旅游岛的基本概念,国际旅游岛背景下旅游服务质量的基本内涵和评价标准,尤其是提升旅游服务质量的基本对策。

| Abstract: | Constructing Hainan into an international tourist island is not only a profound significant strategic decision to the Hainan Province economic society,but also our country economic society developmental strategy important test base.Therefore,We must clarify the basic concept,under the international tourist island background,the tourist service quality＇s basic connotation and the evaluation criteria,thes promote the tourist service quality particularly the basic countermeasure. |
