我国食品安全规制的实证检验

摘    要:随着人民生活水平的提高,食品安全日益上升为全社会共同关注的问题。食品安全规制是政府对食品行业进行管控的主要手段。文章采用系统聚类法对我国食品安全规制的效果进行了实证检验。结果表明,我国食品安全规制取得了一定成效,但在实际操作层面上仍存在一些问题。因而文章就食品安全的隐患和规制存在的问题给出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract:With the improvement of the people's living standard, the problem of the food security has been become the common focus for the society. The regulation of the food security is an important method of the government management. An empirical analysis of food security by Hierarchical Cluster method is shown in the essay and the results has been proved that the government regulation has positive effect on the national food security but some oroblems. Then some suggestions was shown by the author.
