| 摘 要： | 造成城乡交通运输二元化结构的深层原因是城乡运输需求差异，而它又源于城乡经济发展水平的不同。因此，文章基于城乡经济“一体化”，同时把运输看成是产出要素，讨论了城乡交通运输“一体化”的目标和主要内容。其要点是要推动农村交通运输不断发展，实质是城乡经济的协调发展。文章最后分析了各地区城乡交通运输发展的多层次性。
