我国农村非正规金融组织的绩效分析及政策选择

非正规金融是内生于民间金融需求的处于正规金融之外的一种制度安排，是民间金融创新的产物，它的出现打破了长期以来农村金融市场的垄断格局，提高了农村金融市场的竞争度，对农村金融体制改革有着重要意义。文章从制度经济学的角度，在阐述我国农村非正规金融变迁背景和历程的基础上，分析了农村非正规金融的比较优势和制度绩效，并在此基础上提出发展我国农村非正规金融应赋予非正规金融合法发展的法律基础，构建非正规金融健康发展的制度体系，建立正规金融与非正规金融之间合作互补的联结机制。
