中国农业经营方式创新及其对农村就业结构的影响

文章在分析中国农业经营方式创新的动力机制的基础上，说明了中国农业经营方式创新的基本形式及其主要就业特征。认为中国农业生产经营方式的创新，不仅会减少直接从事大宗农产品种植的农民数量，而且会创造出更多为农业生产提供服务的就业岗位，增加该类人员在农村就业结构中的比重；同时也会使农村中的农业企业数量增多，部分受雇农民可以直接转变为农业工人；最后还会促进与农业关联度高的产业发展，增加农村就业结构中工业从业人员的比重并带动第三产业的发展，使第三产业从业人员增多。

On the Impact to the Rural Employment Structure by the Initiation of the China's Agricultural Management Way

On the basis of analyzing the initiative motion mechanism of the Chinese agricultural management way, this paper has further explained its correspondent basic form and its major employment characteristic. The paper also thinks that the initiation of the Chinese agricultural management way will reduce the amount of peasants who directly engage in staple agricultural planting, provide more posts concerning agriculture services, and the rate of employment of this kind peasants will take up more proportion in the employment structure in agriculture. Meanwhile this initiation will bring out more enterprises in agriculture; and some of employed peasants will have become workers. Finally this will result in the development of trades highly involved in agriculture, growing the rate of employment concerning with industries in agricultural employment structure, and promotion of the tertiary industry which will lead to the increase the employment in the tertiary industry.
