美国自由贸易协定战略及中国的应对措施

布什政府上台后,美国开始大踏步地实施自由贸易协定战略,构建了以美国为中心的双边及区域的多元化的自由贸易协定网络体系。文章从美国自由贸易战略格局入手,对其战略意义进行了总结,同时,针对该战略对中国的影响,提出了相应的对策和建议,认为中国应借鉴美国自由贸易协定战略的经验,大力开展自由贸易协定谈判。

The Developing Strategy of US FTA and China's Countermeasures

After Jorge W.Bush came into power,US started to carry out the FTA strategy which has great impact on China,particularly had caused relevant threat on the development of politics and economy.As a result of this situation,it is pressing to work out how to face it.This paper firstly analyses the situation of FTA strategy of the States,and then summarizes the importance of making that strategy.At last,it comes to the conclusion that has two points which may give China some clues,and also gives five suggestions with the consideration of China's diplomatic and economic development strategy.It is advised that China could learn from the experiences of the States to continue with more FTA negotiation.
