| 摘 要： | 西安经济技术开发区在招商引资方面 ,既取得了显著成绩 ,也存在着一定问题。针对国内外环境和发展趋势 ,以及各种有利的、不利的条件 ,西安经济技术开发区在“二次创业”中的招商引资战略应是 :区域发展的重新定位 ;打造项目、资金、人才和服务“四个平台” ;改善投资环境 ,建立招商引资新机制 ,加大招商引资力度 ;加强招商引资队伍的建设。

| Abstract: | On the way of attracting investment,Xi'an Economy and Technology Deveopment Zone gets both prominent achievement and shortage.According to home and abroad situation,Xi'an Economy and Technology Development zone during the second development should have such strategy:the zone should renew the orientation,build four platforms of projects,capital,person with ability and service,improve the investment environment,establish a new system to attract the foreign investment,increase the strength of attracting investment,and strengthen the working-team construction. |
