| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,西安市居民收入差距逐年扩大,特别是城乡居民收入差距扩大导致农村消费市场低迷,制约着西安市经济的快速发展。本文究其产生的原因,提出了相应的对策,即建立公平的竞争环境;完善社会保障制度和合理个人纳税;培植就业增长点,扩大就业。

| Abstract: | With the reformation and the opening policy going on in china,the gap of resident's income of Xi'an has been expanding year by year.Especially,the gap of income of urban and rural residents expended greatly which leads to the rural consumer market depression,and the slowing down of economic development of Xi'an.Based on the analysis of the affecting elements,this paper put fordward solutions to the above problems,including building up fair competition surroundings;perfect social security system and reasonable tax policy;and increasing employment. |
